  • Getting started is simple. Decide what package is right for you, add it into your cart then, click the “Book Now” button to schedule your time, or multiple appointments at a time.

  • Yes! Pilates was created for those with limited movement or injuries, it is meant to be rehabilitative. We will discuss any limitations or conditions before the first session so that you are supported and get a movement plan that best suits your needs.

  • Clothes that are not too baggy but can be easily moved around in. You may be in a variety of positions (seated, side lying, table top), so preferably stretchy clothes (not jeans). Some folks prefer socks meant for yoga or Pilates with sticky dots on the bottom, but that is not required and you are welcome to go barefoot. You will be asked to remove your shoes.

  • There is street parking only. There are available spots on 45th in both directions that offer 1 hour parking close to the building, or the Metro 44 bus line lets off directly in front of the building. Unfortunately, the attached parking garage is for providers and tenants in the building only.

  • From the corner of 45th and Sunnyside Ave where the Poke bar is, walk south down Sunnyside ave to the entrance into the Wallingford Workspace building. There are 3 steps up to a door where the intercom is located.

    There is no workspace access directly from 45th street, that entrance is for the apartments only.
