Map and Directions

The studio is in the Wallingford Workspace building on 45th and Sunnyside next to the Stop and Shop Poke Bar. The entrance and intercom into the building is accessible only from Sunnyside Ave. (There is no direct access into the building from 45th street.)

There is street parking nearby and on surrounding blocks. If you take transit, there is a stop for the 44 bus just a few steps around the corner from our entrance.

When you arrive to the building and locate the intercom at the front door, dial “129-CALL” to be let into the building.

(You can always scroll through the directory to search by my name: “Swain, B” then press “call” to dial up.)

The studio is on the second floor at the far end of the hall in suite 210.

Restrooms are just off the stairwell doors if you need to change.
